In Five years
In five years, I see myself as a skilled network technician, working for a company that values growth and innovation. By then, I want to have a solid track record of setting up and managing network systems, troubleshooting issues, and keeping everything running smoothly. Whether it’s configuring routers, maintaining switches, or solving connectivity problems, I want to be the go-to person for getting the job done. To make that happen, I plan to earn certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, and CompTIA Security+. These will improve my skills and help me stand out in my field. I also want to stay on top of new trends like cloud networking and software-defined networks by attending workshops and taking courses. On top of the technical stuff, I’m focused on building my communication and teamwork skills. I want to be someone who can explain complex ideas clearly and work well with both IT teams and non-tech coworkers. By the end of five years, I hope to move into a senior technician role or start specializing in something like network security or wireless systems. My main goal is to keep growing and contributing in a way that really makes an impact.
